Web Application Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Front-End Developer to join our growing web development team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a deep understanding of modern front-end technologies. You will be responsible for leading the development of robust and scalable web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior developers.

The Senior Front-End Developer will report to the Vice President, Enterprise Applications & PMO.

What are the primary responsibilities of this role?

• Architect, design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern front-end frameworks.
• Collaborate with back-end developers to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Mentor and guide junior developers on best practices and technical skills.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends.
