About the Role

Seeking a Cloud Security Engineer to join our growing DevOps & Cloud team. This role will focus on securing both cloud and on-prem environments while supporting ongoing and new initiatives, including cutting-edge AI projects. You’ll work closely with a team of 7–8 engineers across Cloud and DevOps.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain cloud and on-prem security controls across infrastructure and applications.

Monitor and secure networks, protocols, and firewalls to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Develop automation scripts using AWS Batch or Python to strengthen security operations.

Partner with DevOps, Cloud, and Engineering teams to embed security best practices.

Support innovative projects, including AI initiatives, by building security into systems from the start.

Must-Have Qualifications

5+ years’ hands-on experience in Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, and Network Security.

Strong expertise with AWS security services and controls.

Deep knowledge of firewalls, protocols, and security frameworks.

Experience with AWS Batch or Python scripting.

Nice-to-Haves

Security certifications (AWS Security Specialty, CISSP, CISM, CEH, Security+).

Previous experience on AI-related or large-scale DevOps / Cloud projects.
