The Opportunity

Leavitt Machinery is looking for a Credit Analyst to join our team in Kitchener, Ontario . As the Credit Analyst, you will build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of customer accounts, initiating collections, processing their credit applications and payments, and assessing risk.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Regularly notify customers of overdue accounts
• Assist customers with account reconciliation and invoice dispute resolution
• Resolve collection issues by making payment arrangements with customers
• Assess risk and process credit applications
• Work closely with the Sales team to build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records and files related to collections

Benefits & Perks

The base pay range for this role is : $58,000 to $68,000, depending on experience, plus bonuses.

This is a hybrid role based in Kitchener, Ontario . Once training is complete, work can be performed from home three days per week.
