Role: Business Development Manager HR Media (B2B Digital Advertising)
Brand: HRReporter (Canadian HR Reporter)
Location: Flexible / hybrid (2 days a week in our downtown Toronto office)
OTE: CAD $110k$120k (uncapped)
The role
Youll focus on winning new advertisers and growing revenue across HRReporter and related digital products.
You will:
Youll sell with a modern, AIenabled stack (CRM, market intel, AI support for prospecting, email and meeting notes) so you can focus on highvalue conversations, not admin.
About you
This wont suit someone who prefers mainly reactive/inbound sales or low visibility on activity and performance.
