Job Summary

Bankingoperation division is responsible for the administration companyspayment and payment monitoring processes as well as maintaining thecompanys banking accounts and agreements.

The division alsooversees number of company banks related programs and facilitatesretail banking services in SAO campuses.

Treasury is seeking aTreasury professional to join our banking operations team. Theideal candidate will possess a strong background in Treasurybanking operations and services with strong a focus on systems anda deep understanding of Treasury transformation compliance andregulatory frameworks of the Saudi Arabian & internationalmarkets.

KeyResponsibilities :

• Supervise daily banking operations including paymentsprocessing deposits fund transfers and reconciliation ensuringaccuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure compliancewith local and international standards including AntiMoneyLaundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC)requirements.
• Evaluate and improve paymentprocesses aligning with Treasury digital transformation initiativessuch as Cash Pooling and aggregated payments processing.
• Cultivate strong relationships with banking partners tostreamline processes address issues and negotiate favorableterms.
• Identify and mitigate operational risksrelated to banking activities including fraud prevention andcybersecurity measures.
• Prepare reports onTreasury operations performance and key metrics to facilitatestrategic decisionmaking.
• Maintain acomprehensive banking master database for all group bankaccounts.
• Assist internal departments and thegroup with new product development implementations and generalTreasury / banking services inquiries.
• Developreview and negotiate bank account openings with financialinstitutions for the group.
• Review andnegotiate banking agreements including ISDA master agreements SLAsand MACUG agreements.

Requirements :

• Willingness to relocate toDhahran Saudi Arabia.
• Education : Masters degree in Finance Accounting orBusiness Administration.
• Professionalcertifications : CFA CPA and CTP.
• Proficient inFinance and treasury software and systems with a strongunderstanding of SAP and SWIFT messaging standards as well aselectronic banking platforms.
• 1215 years ofexperience in backend corporate treasury operations.
• Understanding of the Oil & Gas sector with a focus onTreasury operations preferred.
• Knowledge ofShariah Compliant Business Banking.
• Familiarity with digital transformation in banking andcorporate Treasury.
• Ability to coach staff indeveloping analytical skills and managing projectdelivery.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel andexcellent presentation skills.
