Registered Physiotherapist (Healing Touch Scarborough and Ajax Location) | Healing Touch

Evaluate patient's concerns and physical abilities to develop and implement a treatment plan (including MVA and extended healthcare patients).

Prepare SOAP notes, medical documentation, and fulfill other requirements based on College of Physiotherapy of Ontario guidelines.

Continuously gather patient feedback after each treatment and educate patients to ensure satisfaction.

Able to work with various patient care needs such as MVA, EHC, etc.

Able to collaborate with a team of multidisciplinary professionals.

Must be able to perform hands-on manual therapy during each appointment.

Must be able to prescribe and demonstrate exercises based on patient progress and needs.

Qualifications:

• Must be registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapy of Ontario.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, eager to provide excellent patient care, team player, with strong communication skills.
• Require professional liability insurance.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Canada with private clinical practice (foreign experience considered).

Proposed Schedule Hours:

• Thursday evenings from 3 PM to 7 PM.
• Saturday mornings from 9 AM to 1 PM.
• After a 3-month probation, hours may increase across different Healing Touch locations based on performance and ability to deliver patient care.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8 per week

Salary: $45.00-$48.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Scarborough, ON M1B 2W1: reliable commute or plan to relocate before starting.
• Availability to work on Saturday 9 AM to 2 PM and at least one weekday evening. Please specify your availability.
• Can you split your time between Ajax and Scarborough locations?

Licence/Certification:

• Physiotherapist license approved by the College of Ontario (required).
