About You

This is a one-person role. You’ll own IT, keeping our on‑premises infrastructure secure, stable, and running smoothly, while partnering with the team on our AWS / cloud systems. You’ll be our behind‑the‑scenes hero.

You’ve got an eye for detail, test backups, and stay calm when the Wi‑Fi isn’t working. You’re approachable, patient, and ready to crack a nerdy joke while troubleshooting. Bonus points if you share one in your application.

What You Bring

• Comfortable being the sole owner of on‑prem IT—setting priorities, improving systems, and keeping everything reliable.
• Hands‑on Windows server / network administration and end‑user IT support.
• Experience with AWS (Aurora, EC2, RDS, CloudFormation, IAM, Route 53, CloudWatch) and willingness to partner with the team on cloud infrastructure.
• Comfort juggling both on‑prem systems and cloud services.
• Willingness to be fully on‑site and handle occasional after‑hours / on‑call needs.
• A "roll up your sleeves" mindset – you like fixing things and making them stay fixed.
