About the role:
We are currently seeking an Finance MBA or Master's level intern for a challenging experience based Internship to contribute to an innovative and groundbreaking project in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Are you passionate about AI and looking to make your mark in the industry? Come join our dynamic team as we push the boundaries and create a game changer in the world of AI. You will have the unique opportunity to participate in a fully immersive internship where you will be contributing to business analysis, capital markets engagement, and financial modeling. This is designed largely as a remote placement however can also be a hybrid internship (Chicago or Toronto). In this engagement/applied learning internship you'll gain unparalleled experience in a high-growth, dynamic environment, directly interfacing with senior management and largely different from any other internship. It will be a demanding internship and will require you to bring the best version of yourself to the table, but for those who embrace this, it will be a richly rewarding experience as well as a great compliment to your academic investment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis to evaluate financial performance, identify growth opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
• Assist in capital markets engagement activities, such as investor relations, private equity discussions, funds, and grants strategy.
• Contribute to financial modeling efforts to assess investment opportunities, forecast financial outcomes, and support financial planning.
• Develop comprehensive financial business plans to drive growth initiatives and funding activities.
• Support the development of valuation models for potential investments and assist in financial due diligence.

About You:

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master's program in finance, accounting, or investment management, or a related field. Master's program enrollment or completion is mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of financial concepts and methodologies.
• Excellent proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel, with the ability to perform complex financial analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present financial information.

Recruitment Process:

2. Written Questionnaire: Selected candidates will receive a set of 10 written questions to assess their fit and technical knowledge..
3. Video Questionnaire: Candidates who successfully pass the written assessment will be asked to answer 10 additional questions to be submitted in a video format to further evaluate their skills and cultural fit. The ability to video record your answers will be required.
4. Evaluation: Our team will review the responses to both questionnaires. Candidates who meet our criteria will be invited to the next stage.
5. Orientation Session: Successful candidates will be invited to participate in an orientation session where they will learn more about Vosyn, our projects, and what to expect during the internship. After this session, you will be given the opportunity to opt-in if you believe that this internship is for you.
