Position Summary

- Formulate goals and recommendations
- Plan and implement client‑centered, goal‑directed treatment programs
- May include participation in our Aphasia program

Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program and member in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario.Recent experience managing patients in acute / rehab, community‑based rehabilitation, or similar settings.Reliable, flexible, creative, self‑directed, able to work effectively with interdisciplinary team.Sound knowledge of community resources (asset).Effective interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.Positive work and attendance record essential.Ability to adapt to new computer applications.Hybrid work approach : able to work remotely and with clients in their settings.About SE Health

Hiring Pay Range
$66.00–$76.00 PPV, based on experience.
