Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Business Development Representative to join our Toronto team. In this role, you will develop new business via outbound calling to prospective customers, manage inbound orders, proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, strengthen customer relationships to grow accounts, and provide superior customer service via fast issue resolution and technical support. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced distribution environment, has strong communication skills, and combines sales instincts with a passion for delivering superior service.
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Work Location: In-office, North York and Vaughan
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm
Salary: $60,000/year
