Le rôle
PepsiCo Canada Aliments est présentement à la recherche d’étudiants pour un stage aux ventes. Cette opportunité unique donne aux étudiants universitaires la possibilité de développer leurs compétences en gestion et en ventes.
Votre mandat chez PepsiCo vous permettra de développer votre compréhension des affaires en vous exposant à des différents aspects et étapes de nos activités de mise en marché.
Votre stage sera divisé en deux parties.
Votre mandat consiste à acquérir des connaissances en occupant un poste de représentant(e) des ventes sur la route. Vous serez notamment responsable de :
- Faire la livraison des produits dans un camion de la compagnie;
- Exécuter les stratégies de vente et le marchandisage, monter des présentoirs, gérer les stocks et prendre des commandes;
- Respecter les normes du service à la clientèle en respectant l’horaire des services et les ententes commerciales;
- Faire de la gestion de documents quotidiennement;
- Travailler en équipe avec un responsable des ventes.
Les qualifications du candidat idéal
- Titulaire d'un permis de conduire valide et dossier de conduite impeccable;
- Autonomie, professionnalisme et sens de l’initiative;
- Apte à travailler sous pression et être capable de gérer simultanément de multiples priorités;
- Capacité à soulever des charges d’un minimum de 25 lb;
