How You Will Contribute

• Lead production operations and implement IL6S‑Integrated Lean 6‑sigma journey and Factory of Future Line organization.
• Support manufacturing annual operational plans to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, engagement goals.
• Govern and review operational performance, embed a zero‑loss mindset and continuously improve technology, culture, capability.
• Maintain compliance with corporate quality, food safety, GMP, health, safety, security, environment, sustainability and internal audit standards.
• Drive talent, capability and engagement; partner with multi‑functional peers to achieve objectives.

Completed Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related field.
