Overview :
Mitel Americas Regional Marketing has an opportunity for a key role to provide proactive regional marketing support to drive pipeline generating activities that contribute to regional sales targets.
The successful applicant will join the Regional Marketing team, working closely with regional sales leadership on a quarterly basis, to plan and manage regional sales and marketing campaigns that drive medium and large enterprise customer acquisition and expansion through a mix of direct and partner activities.
The role of the Senior Regional Marketing Manager requires a results-driven marketing professional focused on driving demand, measuring efficiency, and contributing to sales target achievement.
This strategic role interlocks with the regional sales leader, prioritizing investments to drive pipeline and measure progression and efficiency.
This role will primarily focus on the medium and large enterprise segments in prioritized vertical markets, developing regional programs and activities in coordination with the other functional areas of marketing and sales operations.
The focus will be to work with our sales team and key partners in region to help execute both direct, and through channel, account-based programs that generate awareness and leads to drive new customer acquisition and existing customer expansion.
The Regional Marketing Manager will work closely with Mitel’s cross-functional teams, including Digital, Analytics, Demand Generation, Solutions Marketing and the Sales and Sales Ops teams, to develop and launch regional campaigns that drive pipeline and measurable return on investment.
The ideal candidate will combine an entrepreneurial and data driven mindset with an ability to help create and drive local / regional activities as well as serve as a trusted advisor to strategic channel partners.
The Regional Marketing Manager will be expected to drive lead / pipeline generation as a priority, agreeing with their respective regional sales leader(s) on best tactics to generate ROI, whether direct or indirect.
This role requires a critical thinker who can justify / defend marketing allocation and spend, as well as partner closely with the regional sales leader to ensure sales and marketing alignment and shared goal accountability.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Drive pipeline for new business development and customer expansion
Plan, execute and optimize account-based programs that use a broad mix of tactics including web, email, webinars, events, content syndication, search, direct mail, social media, blog and others.
Drive adoption and utilization of Mitel’s Marketing Tech Stack, including but not limited to PowerUp Hub; 6Sense; SalesLoft;
Salesforce; ZoomInfo; Humantic AI; etc.
Plan jointly and execute with strategic Channel Partners in respective region annual / quarterly marketing plans & activities, with quarterly review (in close cooperation with Sales).
Collaborate on the development of integrated marketing programs to help achieve lead, pipeline and revenue goals and to support major platform launches, global sales promotions, and corporate initiatives.
Work closely with key stakeholders including Demand Generation, Sales, Solutions Marketing and subject matter experts to develop assets and content for campaigns.
Day-to-day contact on marketing initiatives and progress on running actions with Regional Sales team and Mitel partners.
Create campaigns and reports through Salesforce.com and marketing automation platforms including setting up and optimizingcampaigns;
tracking and monitoring the marketing programs performance and ROI.
Maintain effective partner communications, education, and enablement access
Build & maintain trusted advisor relationship to top strategic partners at CRO / CMO levels, working in conjunction with Mitel Channel Sales.
Contribute to and distribute Monthly Field Marketing Calling Card (curate and summarize key information to channel partners, with clear insights, actions and takeaways).
Proactively inform Sales and Partners of marketing developments, actions and results.
Champion the development of an industry-best library of case studies and collateral.
Assiststrategic partners with the execution of Mitel mid-market / enterprise marketing campaigns and programs, as needed, with the goal of making partners self-sufficient in executing a marketing strategy.
Support regular virtual touchpoints with strategic partners, alongside Events Marketing Manager, i.e., Marketing Masters Series, quarterly partner webinars, etc.
Develop and report on strategic marketing plans
Develop and report on strategic marketing plans thatdrive demand generation and revenue growth for Mitel, taking into accountmarket data, CLM data, 6Sense intent data, and other tools at RMM’s disposal, in close cooperation with Sales and Demand Gen teams.
Manage regional budget and reseller funding (JMF / MDF) admin and planning.Ensure through CAM / Partner training, monitoring and support, plus retroactive matching, that all relevant opportunities are tagged with the correct JMF campaign code.
Review strategic marketing plans and results / outcomes with regional sales leadership, and strategic partners (the latter if engaged with pipeline activities and / or receiving JMF or MDF).

May include consulting on or developing new programs, content, platforms, or processes.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor's degree preferred; or high school diploma + relevant experience
7+ years’ marketing experience and ideally including campaigns / lead generation, ABM / ABE, marketing automation, and Salesforce;
Preferred experience in a B2B organization but not require
Project and program management skills with demonstrated examples of end-to-end ownership and delivery of multi-faceted marketing programs delivered with or through channel partners.
Experience with sales and marketing automation systems,such asMarketo and SFDC.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, prioritization, and time management.
A data-driven, analytical, and constructive mindset.
Flexible, positive, willing to adapt and enthusiastic to learn.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven track record of working independently and with sales teams and multiple levels of management.
Experience in managing budgets and reporting, including Microsoft Excel.
Excellent project management skills, able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
