What you will do :
As the Senior Sales and Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of our sales and marketing efforts.
You will lead initiatives to enhance our market presence, drive sales growth, and develop fruitful partnerships that amplify our impact and reach.

Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement robust sales and marketing strategies in alignment with our company's goals.
Stay ahead of market trends and adapt strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
Sales Excellence : Manage the sales process from planning to execution, optimizing the sales funnel to exceed targets. Mentor and develop the sales and marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Partnership Development : Identify and secure strategic partnerships to enhance market position and access new demographics.
Negotiate partnership terms to ensure mutual benefit and alignment with our strategic goals.
Marketing Oversight : Work closely with the marketing team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives. Oversee the creation of marketing materials that effectively communicate our value proposition.
Stakeholder Engagement : Represent Groupe Nordik at industry events and through public engagements. Maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers.
