With a strongmitment to employee wellbeing, operational excellence, and continuous improvement, they are seeking a Team Lead, Health & Safety to support and strengthen their health and safety culture across construction sites, manufacturing operations, and corporate offices.
Your new role
As the Team Lead, Health & Safety, you will play a key role in promoting a proactive safety culture throughout the organization. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will provide guidance on occupational health and safety legislation, ensurepliance with internal programs and regulatory requirements, and support leaders in maintaining safe work environments.What you'll need to succeed
