Within the Infrastructure market and reporting to the Director of Operations, your primary mandate will be to implement and deploy an action plan to ensure the development and full growth of the Center of Excellence, which includes more than twenty-five professionals based in Eastern Canada.
In this role, you must have excellent market knowledge related to this field and be driven by the desire to develop and realize business opportunities while guiding your team in this direction.
You will be a key player in delivering projects related to asset sustainability and digital transformation.
You will lead a diverse team that serves a wide range of clients from both the private and public sectors. You will be the guardian of the know-how, expertise, and performance related to this Center of Excellence.
You will also be accountable for the implementation of the company’s strategic development plan on operational, financial, and project levels.
YOUR ROLE WITHIN THE TEAM
- Based on Norda Stelo's strategic directions and trends in your discipline, define the strategic plan for your Center of Excellence and be accountable for its execution.
- Support the sales efforts related to your Center of Excellence’s service offerings.
- Be responsible for managing and developing your team's human resources.
- Provide recognized leadership to a team of professionals involved in project execution.
- Be responsible for your team’s performance in relation to the company's established performance indicators.
- Identify the necessary resources for project delivery and plan labor needs.
- Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of methods and best practices within the Railway Center of Excellence.
Our must-haves
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the railway sector, including 5 years of concrete experience in team management.
- Bilingual (French, English).
