Responsibilities

• Maintains department records and completes all documentation as per required timelines, including Resident Assessments / Re-Assessments, Care Planning, MDS Coding / RAPs, Progress Notes, ActivityPro and monthly calendars.
• Participates in the on-going evaluation of the recreation program and related quality improvement processes.
• Maintains recreation supplies and other related tools / resources in good working condition and as per related infection control policies and procedures, reporting deficiencies to the Program Manager
• Works a variety of shifts (days, evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays)
• May involve travel within the province for education and meetings
