Position Summary

Reporting to the Lead QA Engineer, the QA Engineer will ensure quality across customer‑facing experiences—owning test strategies, safeguarding functional reliability, accessibility, and performance, and spotting risks early. Through hands‑on testing, tooling, and collaboration, you’ll elevate engineering quality and directly impact delivery speed, customer satisfaction, and production stability.

What You’ll Do

• Design and maintain test plans for new features and continuously improve existing ones.
• Create well‑structured, traceable test cases based on requirements and user flows.
• Execute diverse testing types : Smoke, Sanity, Functional, SIT, E2E, Compatibility, Regression, Accessibility, and Performance; assist with UAT and post‑production validation.
• Perform web and mobile testing to ensure seamless experiences across platforms.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Infrastructure teams to uphold quality standards.
• Identify, log, and track defects, perform root cause analysis, and participate in triage meetings.
• Maintain clear documentation of QA processes, test cases, and results.
• Promote best practices and knowledge sharing within the QA team.
