Pickering College is seeking a qualified Senior School Science Teacher with expertise in senior chemistry. Qualifications & Experience

Required:

• Bachelor of Education with Senior School qualifications
• Science Honours Specialist (Chemistry & AP Chemistry experience); 3-5 years teaching experience
• Strong knowledge of curriculum and instructional best practices
• Proficiency in educational technology and digital tools
• Commitment to student success and well-being
• Ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Capacity to support and contribute to Pickering College’s Global Leadership Program

Preferred:

• Experience in an independent school setting
• ESL qualifications
• Coaching experience and/or involvement in co-curricular activities
• Experience with community-embedded learning opportunities linked to curriculum
• Experience planning and leading excursions to enhance teaching and learning
