Job Responsibilities :
- Develop comprehensive test plans and execute both automation and manual testing across the platform as our product grows in functionality.
- Identify test scenarios, test cases, and test data to ensure maximum test coverage for new features and feature improvements.
- Maintaining test cases and scripts in the Test Management System. Analyze test results and investigate test failures to identify root causes and provide detailed reports.
- Carryout performance and scale testing, security testing, and accessibility testing as requirements demand.
- Understand customer requirements and user experience. Collaborate with UX / UI designers, product managers, and engineering peers to identify the non-happy paths and corners.
- Master product functionalities and implementations and answer technical inquiries from sales / technical support.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science and related fields.
- Good knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Familiar with automation frameworks or tools, like JMeter, selenium, request, HttpRunner, TESTNG, or fiddler.
- Familiarity with performance, security, and accessibility testing.
- Familiar with MS SQL Server or Oracle or other database systems.
- Working knowledge of Jenkins or similar CI / CD tools.
- Experience in using Python for automated testing development can be a bonus point.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, technical aptitude, attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
