Finance Associate Analyst, New Graduate Program (FAA) - 2026 Start - Canadian Tire Corporation

What You’ll Do
Canadian Tire’s FAA New Grad Rotational Program provides you with an opportunity to broaden your financial acumen while developing a comprehensive understanding of Canadian Tire. Depending on your rotations, you could be working on projects that involve, but are not limited to : data analytics, cost‑benefit analysis, developing and maintaining performance reporting, working cross‑functionally to develop financial plans and re‑forecast financial reporting and analysis, or risk assessment activities. The program will allow you to gain foundational knowledge to support your career path. Over two years, new grads entering the FAA program complete two 12‑month rotations all within our diverse finance department.

What You’ll Bring
Working toward / recently completed an undergraduate degree in Business, Commerce, Mathematics, Economics or Management Analytics
Demonstrated passion for accounting, financial planning, analysis and reporting
Experience working in a data‑driven, analytical environment
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Experience in extracting and manipulating large data sets from relational databases and previous experience working in finance is considered an asset
Creative and courageous, with the ability to manage in an environment of change and ambiguity to help us take bold, strategic moves in this rapidly evolving retail environment
Action oriented, and comfortable taking calculated risks to better serve our customers and business
Outcome focused, critical thinkers with the ability to analyze and visualize, to ensure continuous improvement across our entire business
Collaborative team players with superior influencing skills, who build relationships easily across various stakeholder groups to move initiatives forward

Our typical hiring range is between $53,000 and $88,000. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job‑related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role‑specific requirements.
