Job Summary
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Capital Project Planning and Implementation, the Capital Projects Manager is responsible for fostering the creation of safe and welcoming facilities and environment, and supporting the implementation of the 10-year Capital Project Plan consisting of multiple Capital Projects and large SOGR projects at various project management stages, from initiation through close-out.
The Manager, Capital Project Implementation will provide leadership for local BOCE managers and teams in completion of BOCE-led project elements including, but not limited to, development of the Project Service Plans, development of the Project Consultation Plans, development of Alternate Service Plans where appropriate, Branch closures and reopenings. As well, the Manager, Capital Project Implement will support local Managers with Councillor communications, as required.
The Manager will support BOCE District Managers and branch staff in implementing the appropriate management processes.
The Capital Project Manager represents the Capital Projects Team on existing internal TPL teams; and with external stakeholder groups and City Divisions.

$103,431 - $141,247 Grade 7 (2025 rates)
