POSITION : Sales, Design Consultant

REPORTS TO : Sales Manager, General Manager, Production Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Run all company issued design appointments / sales leads. (Some exceptions apply)

Result the details of the sales leads in a timely and efficient matter

Network and develop relationships with Designers, Engineers, Kitchen Pool Companies, Builders, Contractors

Assist in lead generation through self-generated activities

Attend Home Show Events, Attend Showroom Duty as required

Represent the company through a professional approach, be punctual, clean and presentable, well spoken, friendly, customer oriented professional design / sales consultant

Become knowledgeable in all company software, products, process and procedures

Become a student of the game, constantly self-educating and attend company run training meetings that are focused on continued education and training.

Work as a member of the team

You will have 3 opportunities to close a sale after which you must hand in all paperwork for rehash opportunity you may have additional opportunity to work the lead at the discretion of the Sales Manager

Deliverables

Result Every lead, and outline next steps

Site visits during build as part of customer service

Maintain a sales closing ratio of ( )% provided company tracks information correctly

Hand in files, documents, pictures and contacts

Attend sales meeting and training boot camps

Accurately review design plans and obtain client concession and approval

Arrange initial deposits and payments, assist in the collection of progress payments

Assist company in maintain client satisfaction through quick and efficient communication

Requirements

Attend and pass all company training initiates

Valid driver’s license and working reliable vehicle

Have working laptop, Smart Phone with Access to internet Calendar and email functions

Good understanding of company issued software for pricing and design

Ability to measure and understand basic construction requirements and ability to read plans

Construction Industry knowledge (Renovations, Custom Homes, Windows & Doors etc) a must have
