We’re seeking a highly motivated Service Coordinator / Dispatcher to join our team. At Cold Pro, we’re committed to reliable, high‑quality work, and we’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment. As a Service Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our technicians, management, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phones and respond promptly to service requests
- Dispatch technicians to service calls, monthly maintenance, and projects
- Schedule service requests efficiently via phone and email
- Open, issue, and manage work orders
- Provide customers with timely updates on job status and workflow progress
- Source, order, and track parts as required
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the service department
- Create and distribute schedules, notices, and other communications
- Assist management with additional duties as required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in a service coordination, dispatch or administrative roleUnderstanding of plumbing and HVAC systems (asset)Familiarity with common parts, tools, and equipment used in the trade (asset)Excellent oral and written communication skillsStrong organizational, interpersonal, and customer service abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook; quick learner with dispatch softwareStrong problem‑solving and analytical skillsDetail‑oriented, efficient, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environmentWhat We Offer
