We’re seeking a highly motivated Service Coordinator / Dispatcher to join our team. As a Service Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our technicians, management, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer phones and respond promptly to service requests
• Dispatch technicians to service calls, monthly maintenance, and projects
• Schedule service requests efficiently via phone and email
• Open, issue, and manage work orders
• Provide customers with timely updates on job status and workflow progress
• Source, order, and track parts as required
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the service department
• Create and distribute schedules, notices, and other communications
• Assist management with additional duties as required
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
