s, Process Maps, SWIs, etc.

• Update performance metrics and explanations as needed in team rooms and office spaces.
• Participate in Maintenance reviews with BOP and ZBS as needed.
• Other tasks and duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Plumber 306A (Red Seal) certification
• Demonstrated technical understanding of the process equipment (e.g. pumps, valves, pressure relief, cleaning machines) and specific brewing equipment (e.

g. Centrifuges, Mills, Filters, etc)

• Demonstrate understanding and execution of the maintenance requirements for process and specific brewing equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to use computer systems including but not limited to : SAP, Excel, Outlook, Word, Microsoft Suite, web-based applications / tools
• Strong leadership, relationship, and communication skills to deal with peers, managers, and external stakeholders (e.g.

suppliers and consultants)

• Ability to coordinate and be a leader of a cross functional team of technicians (various disciplines) and brewers working on initiatives and projects.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with an ability to work with limited supervision.
• High energy and initiative
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
• Excellent work ethic and attendance record
• Ownership and accountability demonstrated.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• SDCA certified.
