- Update performance metrics and explanations as needed in team rooms and office spaces.
- Participate in Maintenance reviews with BOP and ZBS as needed.
- Other tasks and duties as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Plumber – 306A (Red Seal) certificationDemonstrated technical understanding of the process equipment (e.g. pumps, valves, pressure relief, cleaning machines) and specific brewing equipment (e.g. Centrifuges, Mills, Filters, etc)Demonstrate understanding and execution of the maintenance requirements for process and specific brewing equipment.Demonstrated ability to use computer systems including but not limited to : SAP, Excel, Outlook, Word, Microsoft Suite, web-based applications / toolsStrong leadership, relationship, and communication skills to deal with peers, managers, and external stakeholders (e.g., suppliers and consultants)Ability to coordinate and be a leader of a cross functional team of technicians (various disciplines) and brewers working on initiatives and projects.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsSelf-starter with an ability to work with limited supervision.High energy and initiativeAbility to meet the physical demands of the job.Excellent work ethic and attendance recordOwnership and accountability demonstrated.Strong interpersonal skillsSDCA certified.WHY LABATT :
