Overview
At Civeo Premium Services Employees LP, we provide nutrition leadership for the Cook Chill Food Production Center located on the grounds of the Maplehurst Correctional Facility. The facility operates as an independent production facility separate from Maplehurst Corrections, with no inmates on site at any time. Responsibilities

- Plan and prepare nutritious and well-balanced menus that meet diverse dietary needs, including therapeutic and special diets.
- Ensure all meals comply with Canada’s Food Guide, public health standards, contractual regulations, and Ministry requirements.
- Support food preparation, ensuring adherence to sanitation and safety protocols.
- Act as the primary liaison with the Ministry regarding dietary compliance and reporting.
- Promote sustainability practices, including waste reduction and recycling initiatives.
- Collaborate with facility staff for the safe distribution of special diet meals.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding staff and client information.
- Participate in other duties as assigned by the Director of Food Services.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in dietetics, nutrition, food service, or a related field.Completion of supervised practical training and successful completion of the Canadian Dietetic Registration Exam (CDRE).Registered Dietitian with the College of Dietitians of Ontario.Valid Food Handler Certification.Experience in menu planning and food service operations, preferably in institutional or government settings.Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and public health standards.Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Successful completion of drug and alcohol screening, vulnerable sector check, criminal record check, and other security clearances are required for employment in this role.What We Offer
