Overview

At Civeo Premium Services Employees LP, we provide nutrition leadership for the Cook Chill Food Production Center located on the grounds of the Maplehurst Correctional Facility. The facility operates as an independent production facility separate from Maplehurst Corrections, with no inmates on site at any time. We are dedicated to safety, respect, care, excellence, integrity, and collaboration to deliver outstanding service to guests, employees, and communities.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify our company’s core values of Safety, Respect, Care, Integrity, Collaboration, and Excellence in all aspects of work.
• Plan and prepare nutritious and well-balanced menus that meet diverse dietary needs, including therapeutic and special diets.
• Ensure all meals comply with Canada’s Food Guide, public health standards, contractual regulations, and Ministry requirements.
• Support food preparation, ensuring adherence to sanitation and safety protocols.
• Act as the primary liaison with the Ministry regarding dietary compliance and reporting.
• Promote sustainability practices, including waste reduction and recycling initiatives.
• Collaborate with facility staff for the safe distribution of special diet meals.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding staff and client information.
• Participate in other duties as assigned by the Director of Food Services.
