Compensation: $90000.00 to $100000.00 yearly

This role is integral part of technology, and it will focus on collaborating with internal stakeholders and clients to design solutions for CRM marketing programs. The Quality

Assurance (QA) Manager will oversee the activity of the quality assurance department and staff, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the organizations products and/or development processes.

Quality Assurance

• Develop, implement, and manage processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery

• Identify and set appropriate quality standards and parameters for products

• Communicate quality standards and parameters to QA team and other appropriate staff

• Identify, analyze, and document defects, questionable functions, errors, and inconsistencies in software program functions, outputs, online screens and content

• Identify and analyze recurring issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, recommending and facilitating solutions to these issues

• Reviews client, customer, and user feedback

• Ensure adherence to Company policies and procedures including health and safety and maintain compliance with laws, regulations and guidelines

• Translate functional and technical requirements, creative briefs, wireframes, and comps into corresponding test strategy, test plan and test cases

• Collaborate with Project Management and Development staff through all stages of the

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or diploma, preferably with a focus in computer science

• Experience as a Quality Assurance Manager

• 5+ years’ experience in software testing, preferably with consumer-facing websites involving interactive style guides, browser compatibility and accessibility

• Salesforce Marketing, Email Marketing Platform, Quality Assurance, Quality Assurance Testing, HTML, SQL, Test Strategy

• Experience in functionally testing emails, websites and mobile applications using variety of tools, emulators, browsers and devices, in both English and French
