Responsibilities :

  • Manage and oversee customer service operations, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries, issues, and complaints.
  • Collaborate closely with the project management team to address customer concerns and ensure project success.
  • Lead a dedicated customer service team, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Skills and Experience :

  • Construction Industry Knowledge : Demonstrated experience in customer service management within the low-rise construction sector.
  • Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve customer service goals.
  • Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
  • Experience : Minimum of 5+ years in a customer service management role within the construction industry.
  • Education : Post-secondary degree / diploma in business, construction management, or a related field.
