Job Summary : As a Customer Service Insurance Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing expert guidance and support while promoting our insurance products.
You will play a crucial role in building relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring they receive the best coverage options available.
Key Responsibilities : ️ Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about insurance products. ️ Assist clients in identifying their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
Process new insurance applications and renewals efficiently and accurately. ️ Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. ️ Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the customer experience. Qualifications : ️ Previous experience in customer service or sales in the insurance industry is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ️ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
