Join our Calgary transportation client on an initial 12-month contract as the I&O Alignment Lead for a Day-N Integration TIMO project, where your expertise will be pivotal in steering the course of complex IT integrations.
In this crucial role, you will act as a senior liaison, coordinating effectively between the Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) program and various integration efforts.
Your mission will be to ensure all related programs are seamlessly informed of the I&O’s activities, progress, and potential impacts, enabling strategic planning and remediation.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary intermediary between the I&O program and other Day-N integration efforts, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
- Regularly update all relevant stakeholders on the progress, risks, and impacts of the I&O program, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Proactively identify potential issues and collaborate with integration leaders to develop and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Organize and lead discussions that address and resolve any alignment discrepancies or challenges among various program teams.
- Oversee the assessment of project statuses, dependencies, and risks, ensuring that all program milestones are met on schedule.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in IT infrastructure and operations, with a strong background in managing large and complex IT integration projects.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with a track record of successfully leading major projects.
- Skilled in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks within IT projects, ensuring smooth and efficient program execution.
- Strong leadership capabilities, capable of guiding teams through complex integrations and navigating the challenges of high-stakes environments.
