Skills and Responsibilities :

• Development : Lead development of Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.
• Manage configuration of objects, workflows, and automation tools.
• Integration : Implement integrations with external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
• Ensure data integrity and synchronization across platforms.
• Team Leadership : Mentor developers and administrators; conduct code reviews and enforce quality standards.
• Project Delivery : Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements; manage technical deliverables within Agile or Scrum frameworks.
• Performance & Security : Optimize Salesforce performance and scalability; ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards.

Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
