  • Manage technical components of water distribution, wastewater collection, and stormwater servicing projects from concept through delivery.
  • Provide project management leadership on studies, coordinating multidisciplinary inputs and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff, contributing to team development and knowledge sharing.
  • Serve as a key point of contact with clients, assisting with proposal development, presentations, and ongoing communication.
  • Prepare and review high-quality project deliverables including reports, memos, modeling outputs, mapping, and design briefs.
  • Contribute to innovative servicing strategies aligned with evolving community and environmental needs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree in civil / environmental engineering, planning, or a related field; P.Eng. or eligible is preferred.
  • 5-10+ years of progressive experience in municipal water infrastructure planning and hydraulic modeling.
  • Proven experience in project management and leading infrastructure planning studies.
  • Strong background in water system planning & modeling (InfoWater, WaterCAD, or equivalent).
  • Proficiency with GIS tools and other relevant modeling software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing detailed reports and presenting to clients.
