What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

Drive the technical implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business expectations

Collaborate with Technical Leads and Architects on solution development estimates and planning

Deliver technical design documentation and other technical deliverables

Work with cross-functional teams, internal / external technical experts, and third parties

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and innovation

What is Required (Qualifications) :

3-5 years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, APEX, Visualforce, Lightning, and LWC

Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred

Experience with Lead and Opportunity Management, Sales Process Automation, and APIs

Knowledge of Collaborative Forecasting and Pipeline Analytics

Basic knowledge of version control systems like Git

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

Familiarity with Experience Cloud, CRM Analytics, and Service Cloud

Understanding of REST and SOAP APIs for system integration

Experience with tools like Postman, Data Loader, and Workbench

Knowledge of Salesforce release cycle and change management processes

Experience in creating automation using point-and-click tools
