At KRGinsure , we are seeking an experienced and strategic Commercial and Branch Manager to join our Kitchener office. In this role, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive operational efficiency and support corporate objectives. You will also provide direct leadership to our Commercial Risk Placement Team and act as a key liaison with Head Office.

Key Accountabilities

• Report to the EVP, Commercial Lines and lead the Commercial Risk Placement team, maximizing client experience and ensuring service standards are achieved.
• Be a senior leader to the Commercial Risk Placement Team (Kitchener).
• Analyze needs, develop, and recommend alternatives for process, customer service, or product improvements.
• Lead short‑term, defined‑scope projects to support regional and corporate goals.
• Support onboarding of new team members.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with all business partners.
• Liaise with Head Office on regional matters.
• Assist with regional administration duties as needed.
• Assist in resolving technical issues.
