Job descriptionLead and manage Concept, PFS, FS, and FEED studies for mineral processing projects, particularly in copper and gold. Oversee cross‑functional engineering, procurement, and construction teams. Develop and control project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Conduct structured trade‑off studies and risk assessments to support decision‑making. Ensure technical quality and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Engage in process design, equipment selection, vendor coordination, and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to stakeholders, driving continuous improvement in project execution and study methodologies. Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; Master’s or PhD is an asset. 15–20 years of experience in mineral processing, focusing on copper and / or gold, including managing PFS, FS, and FEED studies in the mining sector and advanced technologies in mineral processing and battery materials. Registered as a Professional Engineer in Ontario / Quebec or eligible for P.Eng status in any Canadian province is an asset. 5+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams on large‑ and small‑scale projects within Mining and Metals; bilingual (English / French) is an asset. Strong understanding of process flowsheets, equipment integration, constructability, and proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, @Risk) and engineering software (SmartPlant 3D, AutoCAD). Operational and site experience in mineral processing plants, familiarity with project safety standards, and ability to drive a safety culture; excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.

We are seeking a highly experienced and hands‑on Engineering Manager to lead Concept, Pre‑Feasibility (PFS), Feasibility (FS), Front‑End Engineering Design (FEED) studies and detailed engineering (DE) for mineral processing projects, with a focus on copper and gold.

Pay range $122,500 – $168,400 annually (British Columbia).
