Forge Recruitment has been engaged to recruit a Marketing Coordinator for a well-established law firm in downtown Toronto. This newly created position is a result of continued growth and offers a hybrid work schedule after the 3-month probation period.

About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator will support the firm's marketing, communications, and business development activities, including events, strategic projects, social media, research and analysis, data entry, copywriting, presentations, vendor coordination, budget management, promotional materials, and other related tasks, while ensuring brand consistency and providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a salary of up to $60K, benefits, three weeks of vacation, a hybrid work schedule, and opportunities for professional growth.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of marketing and communications experience in a professional services environment, preferably a law firm, with strong digital marketing and copywriting skills and experience with marketing systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, CRM systems, WordPress, and Hootsuite is required, along with a bachelor's degree. The candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
