We are seeking an Electronic Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be performing maintenance and repair on PCB electronic machinery in our production / manufacturing areas for the Maintenance Department.

Responsibilities :

1. Maintenance of all clean room related production equipment

2.  Perform maintenance and repair on equipment related to microelectronics and PCB manufacturing.

3.  Assist with the maintenance and calibration on following equipment :

• high vacuum
• thin film deposition
• wire bonders
• pick and place machines
• laser welders

4.  Troubleshoot, repair and maintain automated manufacturing process equipment

5.  Perform preventative maintenance procedures on hybrid assembly chip and wire equipment

6.  Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns when requested

7.  Follow safe work procedures

8.  Assist with monitoring maintenance contracts as requested

9.  Familiarity with process equipment : Vacuum deposition, Electroplating, Dicing, Bonding, Module Assembling

10. Must have experience working with automated production equipment

Completion of College / Vocational Training

Electrical / Mechanical Engineering program an asset
