Job Title : Cash Processing Administrator
Location : Toronto, ON (Onsite)
Duration : 6 + Months
Daily Responsibilities :
- Works closely with manager of department to achieve department and organization goals.
- To fully support the BAU demands for the Clients and the Business across the I&TS Payment Teams.
- Accountable for accuracy and timely processing of Cash Payments.
- Ensures the process is controlled and risk is mitigated, and automated as much as possible.
- Action oriented – exhibits drive, motivation, communication and decision-making skills
- Displays leadership and demonstrates ability to adapt to changes
- Identifying and encourage process improvement ideas.
- Achieve all SLA’s that have been agreed
Must Have Skills :
2-3 years of experienceFinancial BackgroundVerbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skillsExpert of computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, understanding of macrosDetail oriented, excellent organizational skillsMindlance is an equal opportunity employer.
