Your Internship:

As an Event Coordinator Intern for Yardi Canada, you will collaborate
with our Event Coordinator and assist with preparation
and logistics for events. This role will give you real-world
experience in event coordination and operations.

Your Impact:

An Event Coordinator Intern at Yardi will:

• Assist our Event Coordinator with executing
  Yardi Canada events,
  including logistics coordination.
• Manage events in Outlook calendar
  and assist with identifying scheduling/deadline
  conflicts for stakeholders.
• Works effectively in Confluence ensuring
  management is kept informed of updates and issues.
• Collaborates with team members across the marketing
  organization.
• Provides other administrative support as needed.

Your Profile:

• Junior or senior level college hours with a
  major in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality or a
  related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with
  advanced skills in Excel and SharePoint.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong documentation
  skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the
  ability to take constructive feedback.
