Are you passionate about cosmetics? We currently have immediate openings for customer service representatives to answer incoming calls / chats and emails for one of the largest cosmetics companies in Canada. This is a remote position; however our candidates will need to live in the GTA / Markham area.

As a customer service representative, you will.

• Assist customers in placing orders, missing orders and promotions issues
• Answer incoming calls regarding order status
• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns
• Basic troubleshooting of customer accounts
