Salary Range :
Effective April 1, 2024, the pay scale for this position is $49.02 to $61.21

What Will You Work On?
As a Team Leader within Community Mental Health, the incumbent holds the responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day operations and clinical supervision of staff within specific programs.
This role entails providing program support, fostering relationships with community partners, and offering mentorship and guidance to clinical personnel within the program.
The Team Leader assumes a pivotal role in providing line leadership, supervision, and clinical support, while also addressing service delivery challenges within multidisciplinary Mental Health & Substance Use teams.
Additionally, direct client care is administered as necessary to ensure optimal service provision.
Furthermore, the Team Leader is dedicated to delivering high-quality, client-centered programs across various community service settings, while establishing effective liaisons with local agencies and service providers.
In close collaboration with the Program Manager, the Team Leader contributes to the planning, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of clinical practices to uphold superior client care outcomes.
Scheduling Information :
Shift times are from 08 : 00 to 16 : 30 hours. Days of work are Monday to Friday.
