The Role

Responsibilities :

Develop, enhance, and maintain responsive user interfaces using React.js and related frontend technologies.

Collaborate with UX / UI designers to translate design prototypes into functional web applications.

Integrate frontend components with backend APIs, ensuring data security and performance.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high quality deliverables.

Work closely with backend teams to integrate services securely and efficiently.

Stay updated on emerging frontend technologies and propose innovative solutions.

Adhere to banking security standards and compliance requirements in all UI developments.

Document code and technical specifications for transparency and future maintenance.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.

7+ years of front-end development experience, specifically with React.js.

Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and data integration.

Knowledge of secure coding practices and data protection in banking applications.

Experience with version control systems like Git.

Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.

Knowledge of UI / UX best practices and accessibility standards.

Preferred skills :

Experience developing banking or financial services applications.

Familiarity with TypeScript.

Experience with frontend testing frameworks (Jest, Enzyme).

Knowledge of cloud-based deployment (Azure, AWS).

Understanding of banking compliance standards (e.g., PSD2, GDPR).
