Job Title : Warehouse Team Lead

Salary Range : $60,000k
Summary
Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Lead Hand is accountable to facilitate our day-to-day warehouse and distribution activities with a tight focus on customer service, cost savings and efficiency.
The designated employee, among other assigned responsibilities, will perform the following principal tasks :
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :
- Responsible for the inbound and outbound operations.
- Establish and maintains accurate inventories using cycle counting-material flow of the warehouse.
- Coordination with sales team for sales orders requirement and fulfillment.
- Responsible for internal controls with reasonable assurances that operations are effective and efficient.
- Develop and maintain operating procedures and best practices.
- Ensure preventative and corrective actions are followed.
- Respond to customer concerns and queries professionally.
- Maintain positive and productive relationships with customers.
- Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with those on the team, as well as cross-functionally.
- Execute any other warehouse related tasks as assigned by the direct Manager.
QUALIFICATION :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience of warehousing and inventory control.
- Computer skills required in SAP, Outlook, MS Word, and Excel is mandatory.
- Experience in MRP environment is an asset.
- Pro-active with strong problem-solving skills and analytical decision-making ability.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to work in fast paced environment.
- College Diploma in Materials Management or equivalent experience / education.
