Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking to hire a CRM Campaign Analyst to their team for an initial 12 month contract.
This role is currently hybrid in Toronto.
This role will sit on the Salesforce team and will have direct exposure to sales leadership across all the distribution teams and product types.
Responsibilities Include :
- Take ownership of CRM based client engagement analytics to build out specific strategies for expanding buyers across all channels.
- Lead new campaign development efforts and ensure campaigns are aligned across the sales teams.
- Co-ordinate all campaign management across the sales teams & channels.
- Dashboard construction to visualize opportunities and growth.
- End to end data evaluation and improvement of data systems and processes to enable effective targeting.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data within CRM and optimize utility of recently upgraded CRM.
Qualifications :
- 2-3 minimum years experience Salesforce Sales Cloud (Financial Services Cloud preferred 1 to 2 years)
- Dashboard design & construction
- End to end campaign management experience
- SQL familiarity (nice to have)
- SAS (nice to have)
