Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales & marketing campaigns
- Research prospective customers and market trends
- Generate high‑quality leads for Senior Sellers
- Own and close SMB opportunities within designated territory
- Collaborate across teams and senior stakeholders to drive results
- Help define processes and policies for the team
- Travel to events and conferences worldwide, presenting on booths and driving face‑to‑face marketing and sales opportunities
Qualifications
Demonstrated success in SDR or outbound sales with a track record of exceeding quotas and driving pipeline growthExperience navigating prospective accounts to senior executive levelExperience in enterprise software or technology salesExceptional academic track record (high school and university)Passion for business and technologyCommitment to continuous learning and improvement – curious, flexible, scientificCreative problem solving and cross‑team collaborationProfessional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skillsVerbal and written communication and negotiation skillsResult‑driven with over‑achiever spiritPersistence & perseveranceGrowth mindset – people often progress to other sales departmentsAbility to travel internationally twice a year for company events up to two weeks longBenefits
