AI Development Engineer - Remote

We are currently seeking a AI Development Engineer - Remote to join our team in Canada (CA).

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled AI Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions that address complex business challenges. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with machine learning frameworks, data engineering, and model optimization, along with a strong understanding of software development best practices.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy scalable AI / ML models for real-world applications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
• Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to support model development.
• Monitor and improve model performance in production environments.
• Stay current with advancements in AI / ML technologies and apply them to enhance solution capabilities.
