On behalf of our client in the Consulting Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Business Systems Analyst.

Business Systems Analyst – Job Description

The project is for the Information Technology team, specifically regarding Access Control transformation

It will involve working with subject matter experts from multiple business streams (Tax, Audit, Advisory, etc.) to understand their current applications and environments, then specifying detailed requirements and governance for future state

Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies

Effectively uses a variety of techniques (e.g., workshops, interviews, shadowing) to fully understand the current business environment

Gathers requirements from business units and translates those to technical teams via user stories, use cases, functional and non-functional requirements

Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities

Supports one or more highly complex business processes

Assists with the definition and documentation of governance policies

Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs

Business Systems Analyst – Mandatory Skills

Experience with technology / ITS-related projects, ideally related to access control and identity management

Ability to work with all stakeholders to gather detailed requirements from multiple teams and form them into cohesive requirements that will drive ITS activities
